EQUI SEL SELENIUM

Equi-Sel Selenium is a liquid organic selenium supplement formulated with selenomethionine, a highly bioavailable form of selenium that is readily utilised by the horse.

Selenium is an essential trace mineral that plays an important role in antioxidant protection, muscle function, immune health and normal cellular function. Equi-Sel is particularly useful for horses grazing selenium-deficient soils or where dietary selenium intake is known to be inadequate.

Selenium Content
Equi-Sel contains 200 mg selenium per litre, providing 1 mg selenium per 5 mL.

Feeding
Ponies: 10 mL once weekly or 50 mL once monthly
Horses: 25 mL once weekly or 125 mL once monthly

Administer orally or mix through the feed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use alongside another selenium-containing supplement unless advised by a veterinarian. Regular blood or liver testing can be used to assess selenium status where ongoing supplementation is required.
